Responsibilities
• Design and develop high-quality, scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Lead and mentor a team of Flutter developers, guiding best practices and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Implement and maintain efficient state management solutions and architectural patterns.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services, ensuring secure and efficient data handling.
• Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure app reliability, including unit, widget, and integration tests.
• Lead Mobile Testing such as Unit Test, URS, UAT, PAT & FAT during the project and sprint activities.
• Lead Mobile Developer Team on Backlog issues, CR, bugs raised and QA checklist.
• Develop APIs and ensure seamless integration with third-party services.
• Interacts with System Analyst, Technical Lead and Project Manager (PM) for any issue raised.
• Perform system demos to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.
• Keep up with the latest industry trends and apply knowledge to improve software.
Qualification & Working Experience
• Diploma/degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 3 years specialising in Flutter.
• Proven experience in architecting and developing complex mobile applications.
• Familiarity with state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong SQL Skill.
• Familiar with AZURE Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, good team player and collaboration skills.
