We are seeking a new Account Executive to join our team.

• Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day accounting, invoicing, credit control, purchase order management, payments, business tax, expenses, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, cash management, financial forecast, and annual returns, etc.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts and year-end accounts including liaison with the external auditors, company secretary, and tax consultant.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets, monitoring, and reporting of costs against budget
• Implement efficient and effective systems, processes, and controls for all areas of the finance and operational functions to facilitate planned growth and future business activities and to provide relevant and timely information to the management team
• Preparation of loan/grant application
• Responsible for monthly reporting of management account to board/investor/client
• Ad-hoc management reporting as requested by CEO or HOD

Qualification & Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Part qualified ACCA, CIMA, or any other recognized accounting body.
• More than 2 years experience in preparing accounts to trial balance, payroll processing, maintaining sales and purchase ledger
• Experience in the IT services of software and consulting sector including timesheet system
• Experience working in Technology, Trading, Training & consultancy business

• Ability to analyze data in Excel or similar programs
• Ability to work with less supervision, be independent, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Experience in Xero accounting is value-added and other cloud accounting system
• Working knowledge in any computerized accounting system and proficient in desktop applications (e.g Microsoft Excel/Word, etc)
