Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing and conducting business and operational activities to meet the set business targets;
• Act as regulatory advisor and keep abreast of the updates on related halal laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines;
• Meet potential clients and conduct a presentation for initial findings and explanation of Serunai services;
• Provides comprehensive consulting services in all stages of the halal certification process in Indonesia including training;
• Design and develop effective programs, curriculum, syllabus, and training methods including conducting training needs analysis (TNA) and creating, designing, and developing training modules that are interesting and comply with applicable standards;
• Develop consulting service product standards by customer needs, including halal systems, food safety, quality, distribution permits, and more;
• Plan the marketing to be done by Serunai for its certification and training services in Indonesia;
• Participate in any events, expos, exhibitions, etc.;
• Plan out the contents to be in the HCOE Indonesia social media;
• To like, share, or comment on any social media posts of HCOE Indonesia;
• To promote clients Serunai products, VH SMART Indonesia, Hadis, HCMS, HASSIN, etc.;
• Provide advice in preparing SOP for HCOE Indonesia system workflow;
• Ensure the HCOE Indonesia system workflow runs smoothly
• Perform duties in strategic alignment with the Company target toward the success of the project delivery (includes team formation, implementation, marketing, and promotion, until roll out and handholding);
• Able to support and participate on project teams;
• Achieve expectations for scope, schedule, and quality;
• Prospect and qualify potential clients, leads, and referrals, identifying decision makers and delivering the value proposition;
• Develop and expand relationships that generate business to appropriate prospects;
• Carry out strategic development – fieldwork, consulting, and plan review;
• Participate in visits, industry events, trade shows, conferences, and/or other marketing events (when necessary);
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other deliverables;
• Provide peer review, technical guidance, and mentoring (if needed);
• Contribute to all project phases – plan, analyze, design, build, test, and deploy.
Qualification & Requirements
• Possess (minimum) first stage – University level, Sarjana (Strata Satu – S1);
• Having related experience with a minimum of three (3) years in an equivalent position;
• Certified with professional certification from the National Professional Certification Agency or what we call BNSP – recognized nationally and refers to the SKKNI made by the government;
• Experience and working knowledge of Halal Certification Requirements (including the 11-criteria Halal Assurance System (HAS) aka Sistem Jaminan Produk Halal (JPH));
• Prior working history with LPPOM MUI will be an advantage, well-versed with all LPPOM MUI procedures on halal;
• Experience and working knowledge of Sistem Keamanan Pangan (CPPOB, HACCP, ISO 22000, etc.);
• Have experience working closely and networking with stakeholders in the implementation of halal in Indonesia (BPJPH, LPH, Halal Lab, etc.).
• You possess excellent communication and business partnering skills and can collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
