Responsibilities
• Liaison Role: Serve as a bridge between IT and business stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into technical requirements.
• Requirement Gathering: Collect and document business requirements, facilitate meetings, and create functional specifications.
• Collaboration: Partner with developers and project managers to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
• Process Analysis: Analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that align with business objectives.
• Support Activities: Engage in testing and training activities to facilitate the adoption of new systems or processes.
Qualification & Working Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field. Certifications like Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role within IT or business operations.
• Previous experience as a business analyst or in a related role within IT or business operations, demonstrating success in delivering business-focused solutions.
• Experience with SaaS products and environments is particularly valuable.
• Proficiency in analysing complex business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing effective solutions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration and translation of technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of IT systems and technologies, including software development lifecycle, databases, and business intelligence tools.
• Proven track record in addressing challenges and solving problems in a dynamic business environment.
• Experience in documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and other project-related documentation.
• Strong ability to build relationships, facilitate meetings, and negotiate conflicting priorities.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools for effective task, timeline, and resource management.
